Calendar of Events 2009

Staffordshire Buddies will be supporting the following events taking place throughout the County around World AIDS Day

• Friday 27th November 2009 - World AIDS Day LGBT Scene Awareness Evening . The Club, Hanley, Stoke on Trent. Contact the Piccadilly Project, Hanley, Stoke on Trent for further information
• Sunday 29th November 2009 - Stoke Minister World AIDS Day Service 6.30pm. Everyone welcome.
• Monday 30th November 2009 - Coffee morning at JIGSAW Community Group, Dimbles Lane, Lichfield. Including a Tombola organised by Staffordshire Buddies Health Promotion Team! 11am – 2pm.
• Tuesday 1st December 2009 – World AIDS Day Awareness Raising Display at Stoke College, Stoke. 10am – 3pm.
• Tuesday 1st December 2009 – World AIDS Day Street Collection in Hanley Town Centre, Fountain Square. 3pm – 5pm.
• Tuesday 1st December 2009 – Keele Chapel, Keele University will be holding a 24 hour prayer Vigil and a Vigil service at 5.30pm. Contact Keele Chapel for further information and confirmation of events taking place.
• Tuesday 1st December 2009 – Staffordshire Buddies, World AIDS Day Vigil, Fountain Square, Hanley, 5.30pm. Join us as we reflect and remember those we have lost to AIDS and those living with HIV/AIDS. Everyone welcome.
• Tuesday 1st December 2009 – Staffordshire Buddies, World AIDS Day Vigil, Speakers Corner, Dam Street, Lichfield, 5pm. Join us as we reflect and remember those we have lost to AIDS and those living with HIV/AIDS. Everyone welcome.
• Tuesday 1st December 2009 – World AIDS Day Service at Lichfield Cathedral. 7.30pm.
• Tuesday 1st December 2009 – Staffordshire Buddies and New Vic Borderlines. A joint production of drama, music and movement. “The Studio”, New Vic Theatre. 7.45pm – 9.15pm. Including the World AIDS Day Vigil.
• Wednesday 2nd December2009 – Fashion Show, Guild Hall, Lichfield. 7pm. Lichfield Youth Service in partnership with Oxfam & Staffordshire Buddies are presenting a World AIDS Day Fashion Show, featuring a live bank “GROOVEHEART”. Everyone welcome.
• Wednesday 2nd December 2009 – Holy Trinity, Hartshill, Stoke on Trent, 7.30pm. World AIDS Day service. Everyone welcome.
• Sunday 6th December 2009 - Holy Trinity, Burslem, Stoke on Trent. 3.30pm. World AIDS Day service. A time for reflection and sharing. Everyone welcome
